Holidays are an important reflective, relaxing, bonding, and motivating break from routine. Holidays are opportunities for socialization, optimism, and enthusiasm. Don't forget to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, significant life events, and all of the many other, sometimes quirky holidays! Music therapists can create special holiday experiences, as well as expand on tradition to make explicit transfer towards therapeutic goals and objectives.
